I think everybody goes through some anxious phase in life… Best way to deal with Anxiety is to get more organized i think. The more you get organized and the better you plan your schedule, work, finances, hit the gym, eat right… things will start to shape better by self… definitely, its harder to bring things in line, when one is going through anxiety phase in life… but i think doing above really helps… also praying increases faith that things will settle down.. that is one more natural way to deal with anxiety… taking mint leaves in morning tea, using sandalwood / rose incense during prayers… are some other ways of creating nice aroma and soothing environment… clean home is definitely a stress reducer… All this grouped together will control anxiety to some extent…i believe
